The Office of Health Care Quality will accept complaints in writing and by
phone. The office will accept anonymous complaints. To download a
complaint form http://www.dhmh.state.md.us/ohcq/complaint/complaint.htm Consumers
can use The Office of Health Care Quality to find results of nursing home
inspections. To request information consumers may call and have
information sent to them, or they may make an appointment to research
files at the Office of Health Care Quality. Inspection results are also
available from the U.S. Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA). Go to
HCFA at http://www.medicare.gov. Use
the Nursing Home Compare page.
